Sometimes a song can start a conversation.
Knock Knock is where health, music, education and community meet.
I use songs, stories and practical resources to make difficult subjects easier to talk about — and then connect people to useful information, learning and action.
Knock knock. Open the door. Let's talk.
🎵 Featuring: Hey Brain! — listen on Spotifyknock knock — tap the door
Hey Brain started with a song. It asks a simple question: are you thinking with your brain — or with your hormones? From there, the song opens a much bigger conversation about sexual health, relationships, choices and the things young people actually need to know.
You don't need a health background — just an existing relationship with young people.
Young people already have adults they know and trust — parents, teachers, nurses, youth workers, community leaders and others. The idea is not to replace those relationships. It is to give those people another way to start the conversation.
Signing up adds you directly to the ambassador list in Mailchimp.
An NPO, school, community organisation or other partner can bring its people, knowledge and existing work while I bring appropriate music, education, communication, workshops and creative assets. We build with what already exists.
Hey Brain's current partner is StellCare / Breughel Stellcare — a campaign-specific partnership, not a permanent feature of Knock Knock itself.
Knock Knock is also the doorway to the health resources I have already created.
Beyond Hey Brain, there's more available — some ready now, some still on the way.
Some things work better face to face. Knock Knock can connect existing health material to talks, workshops, community projects and education. Tell me who the people are and what you need help talking about — then we can see what I already have that fits.

A Knock Knock event or campaign doesn't end when everyone goes home. We can harvest what already happened:
You might be an NPO, school, health organisation, community group, funder or company. You don't need to arrive with a finished project. Tell me:
• Who are you trying to reach?
• What are you already doing?
• What problem are you trying to solve?
Then we can look at what each of us already has and see whether there is something useful we can do together.
